The AppleCare Protection Plan for iPad extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPad. You get up to two years of expert telephone support for iPad, iOS, iCloud, and Apple- branded iPad apps such as Mail, iPhoto, and Calendar.1 You also get up to two years of iPad repair coverage, including the battery.2

 Service coverage may be subject to certain restrictions. Service coverage is available only for the iPad and its original accessories that are defective in materials or workmanship, or for battery depletion of 80 per cent or more from the original specification.
