Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) regarding Switch 99:

What is Switch 99?
- Switch 99 is a special event where customers will have the chance to purchase listed items during the event at only RM 99.00. The items that will be received by the customer will be determined via a “draw”.

What are the listed items available for purchase at Switch 99?
- We have not revealed the full list of items available for purchase at Switch 99 yet. Currently, the list includes an iPod Touch 8Gb, an iPod Shuffle, a [Monsters: Heartbeats by Lady Gaga] earphones, and a lot of “Switch™ Goodie Bags” containing a Switch™ Cash Voucher worth RM 99.00. More items in the list will be revealed as Switch World approaches.

When, and where, can I join Switch 99?
- Switch 99 will be a special event held on 3 days, from the 10th to 12th of June, during Switch World at Gurney Plaza’s central concourse area. Switch World itself starts one day earlier, from the 9th, and ends on the 12th of June.

How can I join Switch 99?
- During each of the 3 days when Switch 99 is held, 50 vouchers each worth RM 99.00 will be sold to interested customers at a “First to come – First to serve” basis. Customers that possess the voucher will be eligible to “draw” to determine the item they will receive on the same day they purchase the voucher.

What are products will be in the Switch99?
- iPod Touch 8Gb x1
- iPod Shuffle x5
- Heartbeats by Lady Gaga x1
- Moshi Moshi Pop Phone x5
- iWalk Battery 1500mAh x8
- Sennheiser MX400 + RM50 cash voucher x10
- Capdase Charger + RM50 cash voucher x10
- Switch Goodie Bag + RM99 cash voucher x10

Those are the amounts allocated per day. So for 3 days we will have the same items.

What are products will be in the Grand Draw?
- iPod Touch 32Gb x1
- Heartbeats by Lady Gaga x1
- iPod Nano 5th generation (video camera) x1

So there’s a possibility of someone walking away with 2 iPod Touch. Even if you were to get a goodie bag, you still have a chance to be in the Grand Draw.

How do I participate in “The Grand Draw”?
- For each day of the Switch 99 event, 1 out of the 50 customers who has purchased the Switch 99 voucher will be randomly picked and will be asked to return on the 12th of June (Sunday) to participant in “The Grand Draw”.
- “The Grand Draw” has 3 items, and the 3 participating customer will be walking back with either of the 3 items.
- So even if a customer has previously “drawn” an item during the Switch 99 event, the customer stands a chance to be a participant in “The Grand Draw”!

Terms & Conditions:

- Cash term only
- Chosen Product coupon can’t be changed
- Payment of RM99 to be done before the draw
- Only 1 person (based on the number of the voucher) will be chosen from each Switch99 day for the Grand Draw. If the number chosen can’t be identified, we will draw the next number for the Grand Draw.
- No refund, no exchange.
- Decisions from the organizers are final.

- Yup, it is that simple. You only have to purchase the Switch 99 vouchers at RM 99.00 from us on the day of the Switch 99 event itself to participate.

One more question: Can we queue up?
- Yes, we will set up a queuing area for the Switch 99 event at Switch World. In previous Switch 99 events, a LOT of customers began queuing up before 10am!
